Turn on Find My iPhone

3 min · essential
Why this matters. Find My lets you see where your phone is, play a sound, mark it as lost (which locks it and shows a message) or erase it remotely. It also turns on Activation Lock, which makes a stolen iPhone useless to anyone who can't sign in to your Apple Account.
1

Open Find My

Settings, then your name, then Find My, then Find My iPhone. Turn on Find My iPhone, Find My network and Send Last Location.
